Course Description 

OSHA has established recordkeeping regulations under 29 CFR 1904, which require employers to document certain work-related injuries and illnesses. Additionally, employers must report severe incidents, including fatalities, to OSHA. This training provides an overview of these requirements, including detailed explanations of OSHA forms 300, 301, and 300A. This course is ideal for managers and employers.
