Following the passage of the Occupational Safety and Health Act in 1970, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was created to enhance workplace safety. This course explores OSHA’s role in safeguarding the health and safety of American workers, highlighting both employer and employee rights and responsibilities.
