Semiconductor Technology & Chip Design Program [4 Months]
In this semester, students cover the core aspects of Chip Design and Technology through five key courses. The focus is on essential topics required to build a solid foundation in VLSI design.

Semiconductor Technology & Chip Design Advanced Program [4 Months]
In this semester, students have the opportunity to specialize in one of several key areas of chip design based on their interests. As they deepen their expertise through coursework, they also work on a mini-project worth six credits. This project provides hands-on experience, allowing students to independently tackle and solve an industry-level problem within their chosen specialization.
