About This Course

Course Description

Ready to leverage Industry 4.0 to streamline your semiconductor test process? This course is designed to guide you through implementing tester portals and clients using the latest Quantum Academy standard for sharing test floor data and events.

Industry 4.0 combines IoT, machine-to-machine connectivity, human augmentation, cloud, edge computing, and AI for enhanced manufacturing processes. But before we can fully harness these technologies, we need an efficient, secure way to share the complex data generated on the test floor. With data originating from multiple sources and subject to latency and security challenges, the Rich Interactive Test Database (RITdb) provides a solution. RITdb structures data and transport formats for seamless integration, validated in advanced testing environments.

Note: This course was initially presented as a Quantum Academy webinar and workshop in January 2023, led by experts Stacy Ajouri, Mark Roos, Michelle Sun, and Paul Trio.
