About This Course

Bundle Description 

Learners on this pathway are preparing for supervisory roles by emphasizing effective communication and listening skills, leadership in meetings, creativity, team-building, problem-solving abilities, and fostering diverse, equitable, and safe workplaces. They will be able to identify reasons for conflict and understand the effects of negative conflict. Additionally, learners will describe workplace violence, recognize areas where it is more likely to occur, and list common triggers.
