About This Course

Bundle Description 

Learners on this pathway are preparing for supervisory roles by concentrating on effective communication and listening skills. These courses will introduce learners to the various forms of communication, including verbal, written, and nonverbal, with an emphasis on their effectiveness. This bundle includes six courses that also focus specifically on enhancing listening skills.
