Supervisor Intermediate Pathway

Bundle Description 

Learners on this pathway are preparing for supervisory roles by emphasizing effective communication and listening skills, leadership in meetings, creativity, team-building, problem-solving, and the importance of fostering diverse, equitable, and safe workplaces. This level introduces the role of a leader and the skills necessary to support effective leadership. It also focuses on group dynamics, including decision-making, collaboration, and development. Key topics include meeting management, diversity, creativity, problem-solving, and team-building. This bundle consists of thirteen courses.
